With the passion for mind and body connection and knowing how essential these elements can be for human thriving, Morgan S. Reid became a positive psychology practitioner and a health and wellness coach. After living in London, UK for two years she obtained a Masters of Science in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology and Certification in Health and Wellness Coaching.

Morgan’s approach to coaching is client and solution-focused which encompasses compassion, self-awareness, positivity, and knowledge. Morgan’s diverse personal and professional experience provides a well rounded background. The space she provides is insightful, reflective, and experiential. 

Having experience in rehabilitation field, yoga, and working with individuals with chronic illness influenced her philosophy and coaching approach. Morgan’s professional and continued education encompassed psychology and holistic health has enhanced her understanding optimal wellbeing.

With a love of learning, she is furthering her knowledge by currently pursuing a second masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling to become a licensed therapist. Morgan is also in continual Yoga Teacher Training. With passion for maternal health, she is certified as a prenatal yoga instructor. She has a love of yoga, tea, traveling, and always wants to spread enough inspiration to make the impossible possible.
