Our prenatal yoga sessions combine gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support your body and mind during pregnancy. We address common discomforts like back pain and swelling, while improving strength, flexibility, and relaxation.
To support emotional well-being, we incorporate perinatal mental health techniques, helping you manage stress, anxiety, and the emotional shifts of pregnancy.
Sessions are designed with input from pelvic floor therapists to ensure safe, effective movement that promotes long-term pelvic health.

Our postpartum yoga sessions are designed to gently support your recovery after birth; physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and core-strengthening exercises, we help ease tension, fatigue, and body discomfort, while rebuilding strength, stability, and confidence.
We also provide access to postnatal mental health techniques, offering compassionate support as you navigate emotional changes, stress, anxiety, and the transition into motherhood.
Each class is informed by pelvic floor therapy to ensure safe, effective movement that aids in healing and long-term function after childbirth.
Whether you're newly postpartum or months into your journey, join us in a brave nurturing space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and a community of other mothers.

Baby is welcome to join as part of the practice.
Virtual Postpartum Yoga Session: Receive personalized postpartum support from the comfort of your home. This 1:1 session includes a wellness check-in, gentle strengthening and core-rebuilding flow, and meditation to support emotional grounding.

Maternal Wellness Coaching
We are dedicated to empowering individuals like you to achieve optimal well-being and live a healthy, balanced life. Our mission is to support and coach you on your wellness journey utilizing evidence-based strategies and personalized goals.

After a 30 minute consultation call, you will have the option to participate in a one on one coaching or group coaching program. There will be a holistic experience as we come together in a safe space to breaking down limiting beliefs, fear, insecurities, and stress. You will walk away with frameworks you can use over and over to find your strengths, security, define your health journey and guide to self discovery.
The group sessions is a safe space for self development, discovery, reflection, and community of like-minded individuals who care about their mind, body, and spirit.
